HOW TO RETAIN YOUR PURCHASE
PROCESSING YOUR RETURN
We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that your item is not suitable, you can return it within 30 days for a refund to your original payment method. Please ensure the product is unworn, unused, and includes all original tags, parts, and accessories.
You can return your item by mail. Follow these guidelines based on your purchase type:
Regular-Priced Items: Return within 30 days from the purchase date.
Discounted Items: Can be returned within fourteen days of purchase for store credit.
Final Sale: Made-to-Order products and Customized Items (including personalized and altered products) are not eligible for return or store credit.
To initiate a return, please fill up the return form below and provide the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on sending the product back to us. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment.
